When I quizzed Natalia Tena about her sense of style, she laughed manically, reminding me that she wears a lobster on her head on stage.
Whether you call her cool, funky or lobster chic, there’s no denying that Natalia is effortlessly stylish. We’re so used to seeing her plying scruffy wildling Osha in Game of Thrones that her Molotov Jukebox music videos are a breath of fresh air.
Natalia shared her top fashion tips with me, and her secret is her DIY approach.
‘[Step 1] procure glue gun,’ Natalia instructed. ‘[Step 2] go mental in a pound shop/supermarket/playpen getting supplies. [Step 3] put supplies on head band with the use of [step 1].’
‘Other than that, the best shop for vintage clothes in London is Gathering Goddess on Westbourne Park Road and they lend me all their pieces for events – thank you Wilma.’
